FAQ

Q: Is food Provided?

A: Yes! You may add a lovely charcuterie board created by "Pop Grazing Co" to any of your packages. You are also welcome to bring your own food and beverage.

Q: What is your cancellation/rescheduling policy?

A: 100% refund will be given if the client cancels a week prior to the event. Anything less than 7 days will not be refunded but encouraged to reschedule.

Q:  Do you serve alcohol? 

A: Alcohol is not provided. If the client wishes to have it you are responsible for checking regulations and rules of use. YJ Events is not responsible of any consumption during event. 

Q: Where can I have my picnic?

A: Your picnic can be held at any of the parks listed on the website. You may also have the choice to have your picnic at the comfort at your own home! 

Q: How long is the Picnic?

A: Each picnic lasts up to 2 hours. You may request more time for an extra cost! 

Q: What if it rains? 

A: Due to Florida's unpredictable weather rescheduling is an option. If it does call for rain we will contact you two days prior to your picnic. You may have the option to change your date without charge.
